Prior to founding Blackcoffer, Ajay was part of the founding team at Gullak, where he played a key role in leadership, business strategy, and innovation. He later worked with the Innovation and Data Science Group at InnovAccer, driving data science strategy and team leadership. His earlier experience includes roles as an Operations Research Associate at Tata Innovation Labs and a Network Security Modeling Associate at C-DAC.
